This tried and true recipe comes from my sister. She is quite the chef herself. One waffle fills you up, but I challenge you to just eat one. A Family Favorite.

Butterfly Chops with Cooked Apples

Grilled on whole wheat bread, with bacon & cheddar, this sandwich rivals the corner deli. Fresh fruit on the side makes sure you hit all the food groups.
