Easy As Grilled Cheese.

Hot Turkey Club

Grilled on whole wheat bread, with bacon & cheddar, this sandwich rivals the corner deli. Fresh fruit on the side makes sure you hit all the food groups. I’m not huge on having a bunch of meat on my sandwiches. I think it takes away from the other flavors, but I’m not eating yours, so pile it on if you like! See my recipe…

Cheese Plane

Because Cutting The Cheese Should Be Easy!

Hot Turkey Club

2 slices multi-grain bread (I love all of Aunt Millie’s® breads)
2 T. Butter
1 – 2 oz. Cheddar Cheese, sliced thinly
1/8 – 1/4 lb. sliced deli turkey
4 – 5 slices ready-cooked bacon (God bless Oscar Mayer!)
1 T. Dijon mustard
Lettuce (optional)
Tomato (optional)

12 inch Revere Skillet

My Favorite Skillet For Grilled Sandwiches.

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down in skillet. Spread dijon mustard over the top of this slice of bread. Layer cheddar cheese, then turkey, another layer of cheddar cheese, and then bacon. Place the other slice of butter-side up bread on top. Turn on stove and cook over medium heat, turning once, until bread has achieved desired brownness. Place on plate, peel back top of bread (the bacon side should be easiest) and top with lettuce and/or tomato. Cut in half & serve.
