Belgian Waffles

2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 T. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Belgian Waffle Maker

Heat waffle maker. Beat eggs in medium bowl until fluffy (with a wire whisk). Add remaining ingredients, one by one. Pour batter onto waffle iron, following waffle iron instructions. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
