Peapod online grocery

From what I have read, your groceries go through fewer middlemen and you get fresher food. I have seen delivery charges as low as $6.95.  Peapod is one online shopping & delivery service, but there are others in areas all over the country. Now superstore, Amazon, is trying their hand at discounted non-perishables, with free standard shipping.  What do you think?

Homemade Is Better, Cheaper & Easy.

Instant Oatmeal
A good way to save, especially if your family eats instant oatmeal year round! The quick oats are better tasting and have a fuller texture than the ground up oat bits you get from the box. Experiment with the recipe on the next page by adding non-dairy creamer(s), nuts, and your favorite dried fruits.

I Can Be Persuaded

Parchment Paper

Just ask my kids, I am certainly capable of changing my mind!  But, I have to tell you, I have never used a recipe that uses parchment paper.  First off, I don’t keep it on hand.  Secondly, I never can remember to buy it at the store.  Do you use it?  Do you have a quick and easy recipe?  Persuade me someone please!
