Not Just For The Allergic!

Spaghetti Sauce

When my youngest daughter was hospitalized at two months of age, I was forced into rethinking my recipes. She had food allergies. I was told no wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, or nuts. What was left to eat?! Well, my favorite is the gluten-free spaghetti that I made for Susie’s first birthday dinner. None of our guests even knew that the pasta was rice! A 9X13 pan only lasts about 2 hours in my house because everyone just keeps making the rounds. It is a tasty treat. Great for breakfast, brunch, or carry-ins. With so few ingredients, this is the absolute easiest coffee cake you will ever make!

Yummy Anytime!

Spinach Crab Artichoke Dip

I actually made this in a crockpot to take for a carry-in. I just scooped some out for us to keep because it was too good. And I picked up the pretty tomatoes for garnish from a lady at church. She had so many tomatoes, I also made a fresh pasta salad with them too! This recipe makes a lot! So scale down if you are making it for your family, and bake in a glass pie dish at 350° for 20-30 minutes. See 3 quart crock pot recipe…
