Not Just For The Allergic!
When my youngest daughter was hospitalized at two months of age, I was forced into rethinking my recipes. She had food allergies. I was told no wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, or nuts. What was left to eat?! Well, my favorite is the gluten-free spaghetti that I made for Susie’s first birthday dinner. None of our guests even knew that the pasta was rice!
