To Each His (Or Her) Own

You pick the ingredients. We had onions, red, yellow, and green peppers and goat cheese on this one. Pepperoni & pineapple on another. The kids can pick their toppings & you can pick yours. Divide it up as many ways as you like. No extra charge. The crust is surprisingly simple, and I broke my pizza stone, so I just made the pizzas on 10X14 cookie sheets. Wanna try the recipe?

Microwaves in a Mug in 3 Minutes or Less


Chocolate cake for one or two is quick and easy with this recipe. Want to do something special for a friend or co-worker, but not have a lot of time? Hate having a bunch of leftover birthday cake? Have an immediate need for chocolate? Here is a cure-all recipe. This chocolate cake took one minute and thirty seconds to cook in my microwave. The original recipe was forwarded to me by Barb, my daughter’s choir teacher, one of those viral email recipes, I think. Perfect Any Season.


This gourmet chicken salad is sure to impress. Small chunks of lightly seasoned chicken breast, apples, pecans, celery, a touch of onion, and this dish passes my ultimate foodie test: complementary colors, flavors and textures. Fall Comfort.
