Broiled Salmon With Zippy Dill Sauce

Zippy Dill Sauce
5 T. fat free sour cream
1 T. mayonaise
1/2 tsp. creamy horseradish
1/4 tsp. crushed garlic (from jar)
1/4 tsp. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. dill weed

Combine all ingredients and let sit while you cook the salmon.

Broiled Salmon

Spray broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down on broiler pan and pour about 1 T. olive oil over the top of each fillet. Lightly sprinkle with seasoned salt and dill weed. Broil 4-6 inches under broiler for 6-10 minutes until flaky. (Don’t overbake or it will be tough).
