Light and Tasty.

The grill is put away for the winter, but the broiler pan is a promising replacement. A little olive oil, a sprinkling of seasoned salt and dill weed and you’ll feel all warm and fuzzy about this dish. The zippy dill sauce would also be great with steak. See the recipe…
Broiled Salmon With Zippy Dill Sauce
Zippy Dill Sauce
5 T. fat free sour cream
1 T. mayonaise
1/2 tsp. creamy horseradish
1/4 tsp. crushed garlic (from jar)
1/4 tsp. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Combine all ingredients and let sit while you cook the salmon.
Broiled Salmon
Spray broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place salmon, skin side down on broiler pan and pour about 1 T. olive oil over the top of each fillet. Lightly sprinkle with seasoned salt and dill weed. Broil 4-6 inches under broiler for 6-10 minutes until flaky. (Don’t overbake or it will be tough).
