A Winning Combination.

White chocolate chips and macadamia nuts make for a great cookie. But, this combination is equally yummy. I had the white chocolate chips leftover from Susie’s birthday cake & I always have pecans on hand, and I almost always have a sweet tooth. (more…)

A Little Turkey Goes A Long Way

Most times, I make some great little enchiladas with my leftover turkey, but I was in the pie crust making spirit. So a little turkey, some frozen peas, canned carrots and cream of chicken soup made for a simple down home lunch.  You can even use store bought pie crust and cheat even more than me!  Recipe follows… (more…)

Rasberry Filled White Chocolate Chip Cake
Hooray! Susie is three years old today. I needed something quick and simple because I waited until today to make a cake. I know. Don’t hate. I really took the easy way on this with a white cake mix, a jar of Simply Fruit™ raspberry preserves, and white chocolate chips. But really, how can you go wrong with that? (more…)
