Corn Lovers Unite.

I love corn. Corn on the cob, corn tortillas, corn meal-based anything. In elementary school, for Thanksgiving Day cards, I was always thankful for corn. Why not, right? I do live in Indiana. Grew up in the country, a 30 minute car drive away from most of the other kids and school. A Little Wine, A Little Rump

While you busy yourself with all your other Valentine’s details, why not let the crockpot juice up your rump? As I drove the kids to school today, I heard that mint was thought to be an aphrodisiac, so I decided that definitely needed to go in the crockpot with the merlot and rosemary. Kick It Off Right.

I’ll admit I heart Valentine’s Day.  I dress my little ones in red and white and my salad in light pink dressing. Red wine vinegar gives the poppy seed dressing just a hint of pink and the perfect amount of tart.  I use fresh strawberries when I can, but left out the red onion this time, just in case…XOXO.
