Unique Flavors Unite.

Brie, apples, ham and thick-cut bacon come together on grilled sourdough. The Irish combine a lot of robust flavors in their sandwiches. And I’m part Irish, so why not? You could call this sandwich lunch or breakfast. Maybe even use french toast as the bread. See how to make it…
Irish Club (recipe for one sandwich)
2 slices sourdough bread
spreadable butter
3 thin slices ham
3 slices cooked thick cut bacon
one small apple, sliced
2 T. spreadable, softened brie cheese
Spread butter to cover outside of one sourdough bread slice and lay butter side down in skillet. Spread 1 T. brie over open face. If desired, warm ham in microwave, then lay over brie in skillet. Layer bacon and apple slices over top. Take second slice of sourdough bread and spread the other tablespoon of brie on it & place it brie side down atop the sandwich in skillet. Butter the top of the top slice of bread and toast in skillet over medium heat, as you would grilled cheese, turning to lightly brown each side.

Wow… looks like a work of art! I’m sure it tastes as good as it looks.
