Garlic Aioli

Fresh rosemary and garlic give a gourmet flavor to this simple-to-make dipping sauce. Use it for fries or potato wedges, or add a dollop atop a good steak or salmon. Experiment and let us know how you used it. See the simple recipe.
Garlic Aioli
3 cloves finely minced garlic
1 tsp olive oil
2 t. parsley
1/8 tsp. minced rosemary
1/2 c. mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip)
Blend all ingredients and set aside for 30 minutes to let the flavors marry. Serve with fries.
