I Have Used All The Tomato Gifts!

I had 10 tomatoes left after making gazpacho. If you like gazpacho, let me know. I’ll post that recipe too. Back to my point, 10 tomatoes and a crockpot for my birthday. Ever wonder if you could use canned potatoes for potato salad?

Lazy Dill Potato Salad

Wonder no more. You can, in a pinch. I still haven’t told my family that I used canned potatoes. Why bother? They already ate it all anyway. I would suggest adding a few hardboiled eggs (unless you don’t like them) to add a little more texture. But, I was just too busy and tired to boil, peel and dice potatoes. By the way, the bbq sandwich was almost as easy. I boiled 12 chicken legs until the meat was starting to fall off the bone, peeled off the meat & mixed with Jack Daniels barbeque sauce.
