What's For Lunch?


Easy Does It.

Never having tried Skyline Chili, or 3-way chili, or Cincinnati-Style chili before I actually made this dish, I was hesitant. But a new, easy main dish was needed. The flavors are perfectly complimentary with nothing overpowering. Thanks to my sister for giving me this recipe! Feel free to share your recipes with me to try and share.

Low-Carb Inspiration


Taylor is writing a paper on low-carbohydrate diets, and I couldn’t help but be inspired. This recipe is good for one or two people and can be made using variations of meats, cheeses and spices. One Leftover Chicken Breast? Two for lunch.
One perfectly grilled leftover chicken breast turned to chicken salad for two. One of my favorite penny pinching inventions is the leftover makeover. Unique Flavors Unite.


Brie, apples, ham and thick-cut bacon come together on grilled sourdough. The Irish combine a lot of robust flavors in their sandwiches. And I’m part Irish, so why not? You could call this sandwich lunch or breakfast.  Maybe  even use french toast as the bread. See how to make it… (more…)
