Delicious and Satisfying.

This sandwich is so good, I might even eat it for breakfast! It is reminiscent of a gourmet delicatessen club, but way more economical. Chipotle mayonnaise, mixed greens, tomato, red onion, and a sprinkling of cheddar cheese atop deli turkey and bacon on parmesan focaccia bread is one of my most promising concoctions. A Little Turkey Goes A Long Way

Most times, I make some great little enchiladas with my leftover turkey, but I was in the pie crust making spirit. When You Just Can’t Eat Anymore Mashed Potatoes
