I was trying to think of a reason to tell you all to make these from scratch brownies instead of brownies out of a box. How could I convince you it would be worth measuring a few ingredients? Betcha Can’t Eat Just One.

A fruitful visit to my sister’s house this weekend brings you these flour-free cookies. She put 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in hers, but I omitted them here.  I think it’s a perfect recipe for the peanut blossom cookies…you know with the chocolate kiss in the middle?  And with three ingredients, there’s almost no excuse to not make these cookies in a time crunch.
