Moist and Delicious!

These muffins are the perfect fall morning pick-me-up. Not too “pumpkinny” according to my friends and family. There is no such thing as too much pumpkin flavor, so I had to rely on their opinion for this recipe. If you are thinking that it sounds like too much trouble, let me just say…cake mix + pumpkin + eggs = easy pumpkin spice muffins.

The Only Way To Eat Canned Pears!

Like Muffins, But Not.

Admittedly, there’s not much to this recipe, but that’s what makes it so perfect. I prefer them room temperature; it gives the flavor time to sink in. I especially like wraps because bread sometimes overpowers the fixings. You can transform any sandwich into a wrap. Here, I slightly warmed a tortilla, then added shredded sharp cheddar cheese, turkey, bacon bit pieces, lettuce, tomato, and lite mayo. Adjust the ingredients to your liking… (more…)
