Chocolate cake for one or two is quick and easy with this recipe. Want to do something special for a friend or co-worker, but not have a lot of time? Hate having a bunch of leftover birthday cake? Have an immediate need for chocolate? Here is a cure-all recipe. This chocolate cake took one minute and thirty seconds to cook in my microwave. The original recipe was forwarded to me by Barb, my daughter’s choir teacher, one of those viral email recipes, I think.
