Texture is Everything!
I love cheesecake, but it’s hard to find a restaurant or store-bought cheesecake that’s worth the calories. The texture is often too whippy. I like a fuller cake-like texture. Although I sometimes whip up a raspberry sauce or something else to put on top, I just love the flavor of this all by itself.
